Great Job! You should be . I also count from my highest recorded weight (476.5) with my doctor. Scary thing is that this was not the heaviest I was. I had to be at least 50 pounds bigger when my 7xl shirts were tight on me. I am now wearing a loose 3xl. Have a great day! Ben

Yep..that's exactly the pattern I've been following also. I have 9 more pounds to one-derland.. which I guess will happen when my body is good and ready! Sometimes my scale doesn't even know how much I weigh!! It seems to go all over the place before settleing in on one number!! I'm feeling good though and I thank God for that!!!!

Lori as crazy as this sounds I just stopped Worrying about the weight loss anymore and have a laid back attitude "it will be what it will be" and that is when I really broke the stall.....go figure? I know it has nothing to do with it but it is mentally soothing.lol LMAO... Bananna boobs? ohhhhhh my that is funny! I do agree that the turkey neck issue is starting to get to me too, as is the boobs and Panni area, got a cute little apron going on...ok not cute!!!. well I will say this! I will take this over the fat ANY DAY! Funny I said the same thing about palstics before surgery,I thought I would only need a breast lift WRONG!!! right now I am looking at neck, boobs, panni, possiby tummytuck?tummy it is not to bad I think I may be able to salvage with hard core training,I am working on it,just that not sure? The arms are not bad at all and legs no issue at all,for as big as I was I always had nice legs ( or so I have been told),it was everything they held up that was bad!! Nanc 296-185-150

WooHooooo!!!!!! Today I made the century club. One year ago I weighed 100lbs more than I do now. Last November I started my 6mo Options class with Kaiser. During those 6mo I lost 30lbs. I know some people only count from the surgery day but I believe in counting from your highest weight. I worked hard to lose those pounds and gosh darn I am going to count them. It is so hard to believe that all of this has happened in a year. Last year at this time I was scheduling my family to watch my ds while I attended my Options classes. DH works nights so he couldn't help. I had 2 months after my classes ended until I had surgery. I gained 6lbs on a 10day cruise but lost it again before my surgery. So please join me in the happy dance of the century club!!!! It counts as exercise for the day. MichiGirl
