Lesse. Wednesday.... B - one egg, 3 strips center cut bacon, 1 slice whole grain bread. S - Apple L - 1.5 cup pot roast, dannon light and fit yogurt D - The rest of that kielbasa/pasta sauce/veggie mixture I made the other night. A low protein day. I'm stepping it up a tad for today. Exercise - 3 miles eliptical Water - over 100 oz. Vitamins et al. - taken per usual.

Congratulations!!!!!! Way to Go Girllllll!! You should count it, my doc didnt require it, but you worked hard for those 30lbs you should include them in your hard work. Good going! G

Hey Ben, I seemed to be too busy to obsess on food on Wednesday, thank goodness. Breakfast: 1c. cold cereal and milk Snack: 1/4 c. of chocolate milk Lunch: 1c. chili, 1/2 slice garlic toast Snack: 1/2 ginger cookie Supper: 1 egg. Vitamins: Excellent Liquids: better, probably about 60 oz. (can't quite figure out the imperial conversion on that one) Exercise: 2 hours Tang Soo Do. I finally did more than 10 situps, and don't have pain in my incision anymore (I had open rny). Lori

Hiya, Ben. Hope you get over your cold quickly! I had an odd day for eating yesterday... I seemed to have amnesia... check this out: Breakfast: forgot to eat Lunch: about 3 oz turkey, 1/4 c. squash Dinner: I slice supreme pizza Supplements: forgot All I can say is DUH! Oh, and I forgot to take my supplements again this morning, so I'll need to make sure I get them in after work! Whatever happened to my brain?!?!?!? Take care, Traci

I need to start doing this daily so i can be accountable. B - AdvantEdge Carb Control Ready-to-Drink, Strawberry Cream S - 1/2 banana with 1/2 tsp of peanut butter L - Gerbers LiL Entrees Mashed Potatoes and Gravy with Roasted Chicken and Carrots (These are really easy for at work) S - 1/2 banana with 1/2 tsp of PB D - BBQ Chicken Breast and Yogurt S - 3 ruffles potato chips water - 50 oz supplements - all taken exercise - 40 minutes walking (20 in morning and 20 in afternoon)
