Welcome Haidee!!!!!! This is a great board. Things are really starting to move and shake on here. We have postings everyday about what you ate the day before to keep us all in check (Thanks Ben). Every Wednesday I do a Roll Call and ask some questions so people can get to know each other a little better. Besides those things, we just all share, laugh, cry, cheer, jump for joy together on these amazing journeys. You should be so proud of yourself, 114 lbs. is GREAT!!!!!!! Keep coming back and post often, we are a great family here and it is awesome to find another long lost family member Keep on keepin on!!!! Jeanna

Hi my name is Haidee and believe it or not I just noticed the June board. I had my surgery on 06/06/2006. I have since lost 114 lbs. I need 75 more to make goal. Looking forward to being here with you guys.

B - 4 slices deli turkey, multi grain wrap S - 8 oz. whey protein drink S - Banana, Dannon light and fit L - 1/2 cup chicken breast. Peppers and onions. S - 8 oz. whey protein drink D - Potluck at the kids school. Ate a few bites of chicken and pasta. Had a slice of cold cheese pizza later after I put the kids to bed. Ah well. S - Apple Exercise - Went twice yesterday. Lifted and 3 miles on the stationary bike in the AM before work and then 4 miles on the eliptical at lunch. Water - Over 100 oz. Supplements - All taken on time. Alcohol - None. Going to have to watch this over Thanksgiving. I love my Mother, but she does make me feel like imbibing over the holidays!

B: 1 small chicken and potato burrito L: 1/2 cup korean bbq chicken, 1/2 cup white rice, 1 cup salad S: 1/2 cup korean bbq chicken, 1/2 cup white rice, 1 cup salad D: 1 cup ground beef with green beans, potato and olives; 1/2 cup beans; 2 tbls salsa S: 1 healthy choice fudge ice cream bar S: 1 cup fried banana with 1 tbls sour cream and 1 tbls refried beans (darn salvadoran friend) Exercise: none (no excuse. got lazy.) Supplements: excellent Water: excellent alcohol: None Not bad. Could have done without the last snack but visited my salvadoran friend and she begged me to try her food. It was good, very good, but added needless calories to my day. Have a great day all! Ben

B - Activa yogurt (It is my new best favorite) with cut up apples S- 5 oz. V8 juice L - A little chicken salad on a 1/4 bottom half of wheat bun, 4 bites of salad, 1 nibble of pumpkin bar. S - 1/2 pint of skim milk D - 1/4 chili chimichanga, 3 T refried beans S - 4 cashews exercise: None unless I can count several trips up and down the halls and steps water: OK, not great, maybe 40-60 oz. supplements: good alcohol: none OK day, not great but not bad.

S: None D: 1/4 c. grilled, skinless chicken with shredded cheese, 1/4 c. salad w/ff ranch S: 1 Lite n Fit yogurt (peach) S: FF/SF Homemade Co-Co with Dry Milk added for protein Exercise: 2 miles on tread with 5% incline Fluids: Ok..could have been better Suppliments: Great
