Congratulations on your 100 pound loss, that is great !

Last Monday i had my 6month check up. My doctor gave me the good news I had lost 60% of my weight. Which is 100lbs. All my blood work came out OK low but not where i would need to change what i am doing. As for any problems that i have been experiencing i would have to say just one thing but is getting better. I tend to go for several day with no bowl movement. I think i was experincing this due to a change in vitimans. I started taking the flinstone complete which i think was the iron within it since i stopped i find that my bowl movements are going back to regular. Feels so good and wonderful to wear a Christmas dress and feel so beautiful. I still have another 40 to 50lbs to go which will be so happy to reach. Take care all bye
