Congrats, Carolyn!!! You are doing awesome! I know what you mean about the boobs - my husband says that all the time (I personally am enjoying it but hey, mine are still big enough -- for now.)

That is so awesome! I am about 2 pounds away myself! I think that it will call for a digital picture. What a great idea to put the past year on a DVD for you. Anytime you get discouraged and need to remember or want to pat yourself on the back, you can pop that into your player!

Good for you Roxann!! I had lost 55% of my excess weight at my 6mo appt.. They told me that already at that much loss I was considered a WLS success. I must say I feel like a success but would like to be more successful. I know what you mean about the iron. I am glad my levels of iron are good because I always read here about the constipation problems with having to take extra iron. I have to take extra potssium but that doesn't seem to give me any problems.

Wow good for you! I know what you mean about feeling small. I look at my knees and calves and think they look tiny even though I still have lots of weight to lose. My sister bought me some clothes for Christmas and one of the tops was a 12/14. She had intended it for later to shrink into it. But it fits now. The size 14 jeans are still too small though.

I weighed in at 134.8 this morning. That's a 2.4 lb loss this week 
. It's 97.2 lbs down from the beginning of this process, 87.2 since surgery and almost 110lbs down from my highest weight ever!
I feel so tiny - it's very weird. I accidently bought an XS sweater this week (I had tried on the small in another color and then just grabbed the teal) and it fits! I wanna know who's the ******* who stole my b@@bs!!
Now if I can get my weight to stablize I can have the girls lifted and all this skin removed!!!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas or Hannukkah or whatever you celebrate!

Topic: One-derland - for good
A couple days ago, I saw one-derland, then it went away. But I saw it. Then Christmas morning, surprise! I saw one-derland again...that is 118 lbs down from last Christmas. I saw it again this morning...and again....and again...and again...and again! I just had to keep stepping on it, cause I could not imagine it was reallly there. Happy Christmas indeed.
My son made a DVD for me of the year in review. He put videos, pictures, and events from the past year into a DVD with music and thoughts from each of the boys and grandchildren. I cried so hard. But I also laughed. And my eyes were opened wide. It was amazing to see the shrinking me. Even I could not deny the shrinkage...Wow! That was really me. What a wonderful gift.
Just wanted to share this One-derful news wih all my wonderful OH friends. Thanks.
