Bake for 400 for an hour or so. 350 is much too slow. Baste often! Did turn out nicely though.

I told you there was nothing to worry about. I am glad you came to terms with this. You are so blessed not to be obssessed with the demon food. It will make your journey that much easier. Good for you!!!!

You're doing well Kim! Keep up the good work and get thee to the gym if you can. That will certainly help keep you in the one's forever.

Topic: Made it to one-derland!
Hi Everyone,
The last week I've been moving back and forth between 200 and 198, but I think that I've finally acheived one-derland status. I'll be even happier when it's down to the low 190's so I don't feel that the 200's are pulling me back, but none-the-less I feel great. I haven't lost much of anything in the last 6 weeks or more, so I'm glad to see myself go down a few pounds!
I'm struggeling with food choices, which is the story of my life...but I am so thankful for the surgery as I can't do too much damage with the amounts that I can eat. I don't deprive myself of anything, just a little bit here and there to satisfy my pallet. I have 1/4 cup of sherbet instead of 2 big bowls! Or I have a small piece of chocolate instead of 3 candybars... so overall I feel good. I need to get my butt to the gym..taking baby steps there. I got the membership last month and have went several times, however I really struggle with depression and anxiety, especially this time of year and It's hard for me to find the motivation. I will just keep praying about it and push myself a little harder to get there. My husband is back to work after being off for 6 months for back surgery and then being layed off..so that will help me be motivated as well now that our family will have a regular schedule. If you're inclined, say a prayer for me and for anyobody else here that is having some struggles. I know I could use them!! I am down 95 lbs and feel wonderful, but also feel a little "too" good sometimes and don't want to fail at all this.
Thanks for listening and letting me share my milestone!
Blessings,
Kim
