Wow Jennifer, you are doing great. I have to wholeheartedly agree with your sentiments about how this doesn't seem real. I too have been overweight since my teens, and, even though the thin me was trapped in there, I never believed I could be a healthy weight again. I just keep marvelling at that skinnier me. (Does that sound self-centered, or what?) Congratulations on all your effort, oh, and by the way, Happy PreBirthday! Lori

I guess this has good and some not so good points.... I am only bummed because of the amount of $$ I have spent on shoes...it is ridiculous,but when I love something I buy it! I never realized that my feet would shrink ya know....but I will say the weight loss is worth EVERY penny loss...there is nothing more precious than being happy and healthy and ALMOST SKINNY!!LOL.... and BTW...... Lori!!! you are WAY TO FUNNY! ............not even going "there" at the end of that post............. Thanks I needed that chuckle today! HUGS! Nanc

Hey Nancy, me too! I have to admit that I am not so disappointed though. My feet were really wide and I had to order shoes online in the last year before WLS. I have a bit more luck pulling stuff off the shelf now. I am fitting into shoes that I wore a few years ago. Hmmm, it could be bad for the gents if all "our" body parts shrink. BTW, that wasn't a request for a detailed reply

Congratulations Jennifer! May seem like it is not real...I can surely relate to that! It is so great to go shopping in regular size clothing stores and being able to wear a normal size is a dream! LOL....my favorite store so far is Tops & Bottoms, they have such great designer clothing,Baby Phat,Apple Bottoms and RocaWear,I am loving it,husband is not...lol Keep up the great work! Nancy

Okay DH surprised me with a romantic weekend getaway this upcoming weekend, I started to get things together,I bought a gorgeous ****tail dress and was going through my shoes to match up,well,I pulled out a pair of heels and they are too big!! tried another pair...toooooo big.....I wore a size 9 and now an 8.I admit,it is a bit heartbreaking in a way,I LOVE my shoes....I have a several pair that I paid over $300 a pair for

oh well...DD is happy she just aquired a huge shoe collection! Who would think our feet shrink too? I usually wear sneakers and never really noticed it all that much....... I guess I have an "excuse" to go shoe shopping tomorrow!! anyone else have shrinking feet syndrome??? LOL!!! Nanc
