Sometimes i am amazed at what i can eat! i would suggest keeping a food log for a few days. that way you will know exactly what you are getting in. i believe we should be between 800 and 900 calories a day, but that is something you should get from your nut. if you keep a log, you can see for sure if you are getting enough protein and too much of other things. shake up your diet and exercise. change your routine, this might help. hang in there, when was the last time you measured? it will get going again if you are following what you are supposed to. good luck, teri

I feel like I eat the same thing everyday. A variation on a theme. This is yesterday. B - 3 turkey breakfast sausage, slice of cheese S - dannon light and fit, apple S - whey protein drink L - 1 cup chicken breast D - 6 oz hamburger, whole wheat bun, pickle Water, vitamins - all good. Exercise - 40 minutes weightlifting, 4 miles recumbant eliptical bike.

No 'roids here. BUT I find that I pay way more attention to my bowel habits now. If I don't go every day I feel odd. I have to take a liquid iron supplement to get my iron where it should be and that has caused some "sluggish activity." What seems to help me is to avoid any refined carbs and remember that other than fruits and vegetables I need to add in some carbs consisting of whole grains. So sometimes I have a half to 3/4 of a sandwich made with Arnold's Health Nut bread. And/or I might have a slice of it toasted for breakfast with some coconut oil spread on it...which is a much better choice than butter. If all else fails and I feel like I really gotta get rid of some toxic waste......I eat a handful of Jelly Belly sugar free jelly beans....and then about an hour later....talk about torpedo! It's "bombs away!" and I'm a new woman again! Amy

Come on, let's talk!! I've been doing not to good lately - lots of carbing so I need to start holding myself accountable. I figure if I have to embarass myself and actually write what I ate, maybe I'll stop eating so many carbs. So, yesterday, I ate B - protein shake S - cheese stick L - ?? don't recall, I had to go home to a sick teenager S - NV granola bar S - chips and queso S - 2 poptarts (what!) D - chili S - 2 cookies Water fairly good Vits in No exercise - raining

I haven't taken either medicine but just wanted to pop in and say that is too funny about the comment. I also get people telling me I'm skinny, too skinny. And I'm still almost 30 pounds from goal. It's kinda nice though!

Sorry you are feeling depressed. I would definitely see if there was a support group locally so you could have people to talk with. If all else fails, talk to us. If you feel like your aren't losing, go back to basics - protein firs****er, vitamins and exercise. That will get you through your stall. I know my weight has stalled but I've been carbing alot, which just makes me want to carb more! Take care!

My feet shrunk a TON! I went from a 10W to an 8 1/2 and some times an 8! Most of that happened in the beginning though. As far as the male anatomy goes, from what I understand, guys gain an inch for every 30 lbs lost!!! Guess our guys can report their weight loss in inches gained now!!! 120lbs lost looks WAY more impressive as 4 inches GAINED!

Yep... I meant xanax! I'm a moron! I used to take Zantac before surgery for my heartburn... I meant xanax!!! I did a simular thing to my son for school.. I needed to write him a note telling the teachers he is taking allergy medicine , and what I wrote is "please excuse my son if he is acting a little "off" today, he is currently taking "X" medication.." The problem is I wrote the name of my anti-depressent which had a simular name... So I'm notorious for this. ANYWAY!!! Anyone take Xanax for anxiety or know if it's okay??? K.
