My goal was 190 pounds, am now at 160 pounds and the doc wants me to gain weight and get back up to the 190. I am 6ft tall and being this small doesn't look healthy, nor good to or on me.

That is great! I bet you do feel just wonderful as you should! What a good job you have done.. As for me well on June 13 2006 i was 337lbs today I am 155lbs so I have lost 182lbs and could not be anymore happy.. Now my goal is to be 140-150 so I am still working on it but hey it's ok...
