I'm down about 100lbs from the first appt with my surgeon, 90 since the surgery (my scale broke 2 weeks ago when I had .4lbs to go to get to the 100lbs mark - AAGGHH!!). I've reached my goal and surpassed my surgeon's goal.

Hi,
I had surgery on June 28th and I've lost 104 lbs total. 95 lbs since surgery. The best news it......I'm only 6 lbs from my surgeon's goal and 11 lbs from my goal!!!! Woohoo! Go US!

I too am having trouble with the protein - too many carbs, and not enough H2O. I teach and it is so hard to get the water in...can't leave a room full of 6 year olds unattended while I run pottty and bathroom breaks are a

I don't drink with my meals. I had some bad incidents where it sat heavy and then I burped and out it came,w ith some more. I do drink closer than 30 minutes pre or post. I can eat and then drink something 10 minutes later.

Hello, Jennifer - we have a lot in common (except I'm much older!!!). I also had my surgery on 6/20. I went from 287 to 177. I want to get to 150 so another 27 pouns. I've been grazing a lot lately. My total caloric consumption is high enough to keep me from losing, but I'm not gaining. But my protein intake has gone down. I also need to get on track. Good luck!

I am down 130 since surgery June 5th. I am getting a little hungrier throughtout the day so for a snack at work I have one of the peanute butter Kashi bars, they really do the trick for me and my nighttime snack usually is some fruit. I have been doing a martial arts/kickboxing class and my sugar really drops after so the fruit is the perfect snack for me. I was doing really good at only eating 3 meals a day but had to start adding in the afternoon and night snacks or I find that I will graze throughout the day. I have about 20 more pounds I would like to take off before my 1 year mark and each pound is getting harder to lose, I am really working for each ounce now.
