I'm also new - but I went to my account and half way down the page on the left side is something called General infor. Once you click there, you should get a page with all your information and then half way down that page should be a big block of white where you can update your profile with what is happening. Always remember to go to the bottom of your comments and start the new day. It is hard reading from the bottom up which is what happens if you just start typing at the top each time. Also, always check "send yourself an e-mail". Good Luck. My surgery date is June 2.
