Congratulations. If you are like me, right now you are nervious, excited and a little scared. It is kind of funny, because I waited for months to get to this point. WHen I finally did it is like a tital wave of activity. A million test and x-rays, meetings, etc. hang in there, stay strrong and take it one day at a time.

Congratulations on your weight loss! You've accomplished so much! First thing, are you still getting enough protein? This is VITAL! Second, you probably need some strength training.
