1 year ago today. Wow.

It has been a wonderful year with alot of changes for sure. I started at 299 and today am at 162. Shirts I wore size 3-4x and today down to size large and meds. Pants I wore size 30 and today 14's and 12's. WOW. neck was 16 3/4 now 13 arms left was 17 1/2 now 12 right was 18 now 12 breast was 53 now 38 waist was 51 now 35 hips were 57 now 35 thighs left was 26 now 18 right was 27 now 18 calves left was 18 now 15 right was 18 1/2 and now 15 1/2 total of 80 3/4 inches gone forever. WOW
