Accountability Thursday - what did you eat?
I was a little better yesterday - didn't get all my protein in but I didn't eat everything in sight either.
S - 2 oz M&Ms (before I came clean and threw them out!)
B - Anywhey Protein mixed with Crystal Lite drink
S - granola bar
L - 3 oz pork chop, 1/2 c. broccoli
S - oatmeal cookie, 1 oz cheese
D - 1 oz cheese
S - 1 c. popcorn, 1/2 Sam's cookie
Water is 72 oz, vits in, exercise 45 minutes walking.
B - protein pancake
S - Unjury protein drink, 30grms protein
S - Laughing Cow Lite cheese wedge & soy crisps
S - Pork rinds
L - Mongolian beef
S - Sunflower seeds
S - 5 mini Famous Amos CC & pecan cookies (bag is gone now)
D - Pork enchilada, carrots, cucumber & tomato
S - small piece low carb, low sugar cheesecake
S - Unjury protein drink - 20grms protein
Wow can you say grazing????????? Yikes!!!!!

I take 2 eggs, add some cottage cheese or ricotta, vanilla, cinnimon, a little splenda and a spoon or 2 of pancake mix and whip is together w/ my stick blender. Fry them up on a griddle. I also put pecans in mine but DS does not like nuts in his. They are good and DS does not realize they have the added protein of the eggs and cheese.

Yesterday I was a little higher than usual on carbs because of the dern slice o cake!!
B - 1/2c cottage cheese, SB PNut Butter Bar
S - small sliver homemade lemon cake w/frosting
L - grilled chicken sandwich w/bacon and cheese... only ate the bottom bun and 1/2 the sandwich and a salad
S - turkey and cheese roll up, small serving of nuts (about 10?)
D - left over 1/2 chicken sandwich no bun (soggy) and two bites of cottage cheese
Did 40 minutes cardio and 45 minutes weight training/ab work
