hello ive been reading this site for quite a few months. i had vbg jun 7 2006 and so far i have lost 104 lbs. 6 pounds to goal. i feel like im great during the day with eating habits but at night i tend to look for food and graze. im drinking 2 litres of crystal lite per day. i walk 50 minutes 4 times a week i do areobics 3 times per week i jog 1.5 km 2 times a week swim one time per week. im so scared to start gaining weight. i really need to get the grazing under control. thanks for listening vicky penticton bc

HI ...i had wls june15th,06 ...i had both of my knees done at the same time on feb27,07 ..i'm doing good .i have lost 169 pounds still 40 from goal .i think god everyday for wls ,it has changed my life for the better .god bless to all my june wls bor's and sisiers ...Brenda in tx

Welcome Vicky- If you read some of the old posts you will see quite a few of us have had problems w/ grazing. I seemed to get in under control for a couple weeks and then started PMSing and was STARVING all day last week. So I need some help again. With only 6lbs to goal it sounds like you have done a great job. Keep your eye on the prize and you will get there soon enough. Maybe just look at one food item that you would like to eliminate and do it. One thing at a time won't seem so hard. I eliminated bread or tortillas with my food this month. It seemed to work and I have lost 6lbs this month. Good luck, Michelle
