I told my Boss

Yesterday I told my Boss I would not be signing the papers to extend my employment for another year. Thanks to everyone for their points of view and encouragement when I posted earlier. I cannot tell you how scary this is after being at my job for almost 20 years. But if I stayed I really would just be postponing the inevitable. My dh is fine with my decision and has already looked into putting us on his insurance. I know my parents and his mom think I should stay. My Boss was not too happy I was not going to stay but really didn't say too much. I guess I had better start weeding out some of the junk from my cubicle. Thanks again, Michelle
