Giiirrrlll I feel you there... sometimes I feel like I "eat like a pig". I try and find alternatives to the bad snacks I use to love. I *love* crunchy stuff!!! love love love it... I crave chips quite often sooo... I buy whole wheat crackers (no hydro oils or high fructose corn syrup) or melba toast... I also buy organic blue corn chips. With the corn chips I will make a few baggies for me and bring the rest to work... otherwise I will eat the whole bag! I like the blue corn chips because there is more substance there, they are organic and dont contact a bunch of junk! If you go to foodtv.com there are recipies for "cheese its" using slices of american cheese baked in the oven and pepperoni chips... both are good for a crunch! Paydays... I have also found myself craving candy more now than ever before! I was never a big candy person and sometimes I just want candy or even better ice cream! I will go to the store that have those candy bins where you can take as much (or little) as you want and get a few "tastes" of things I like... maybe about 10 reeses pieces, a few choco covered raisins, some gummy sour things... I swear its about 50 cents worth of candy when Im done. I eat it nice and slow and enjoy every minute and find that helps! I dont do it often just every now and then. I buy those "fruit leathers" that are like fruit rollups made from fruit concentrate... they are good as a sweet treat too! Its almost like eating candy. I also found Apple Cinnamon soy crisps which are a sweet treat. Ive said this before... for me the key is moderation not telling myself no no no! A lot of people ban things for "the rest of their life". I just dont feel thats realistic, at least for me! Im trying to teach myself a balance... like "normal" people have. There may be things I no longer chose to eat but if there is something I want I will have it just in a smaller amount and as a treat now and then. Ive been celebrating my birthday for 2 weeks now so I need to get back on track as well! Ive been slack on the exercise and need to get my butt back in the gym!!!

That is awesome!! Congratulations on your weight loss you go girl. You know I am having that same problem with craving candy, and I have never been a big candy person before. My down fall has always been carbs (breads, chips, muffins ect...) now I don't really care much for that stuff but man do I want candy! Most of the time it's late at night that the craving really hit me oh dose it make me crazy. Also I have been stalled for like the last 3 week and its really starting to get to me now... I know we all hit stalls but man dose it suck grrrrrrrrrr... Oh well
