So today I got on the scale and it said 197 I was like NOWAY so I got off and got back on it again I still could not believe it so I did it one more time... LOL ... I was soooooo happy that I danced around the house for like 1hr. Today is a GOOD day!!
wELCOME TO ONEDERLAND...IT IS A WONDERFUL FEELING. When I hit it, I wanted to tell the whole world...or at least my part of it. Funny how most people don't want to tell anyone when they are 197#. We rejoice in it....happy losing!

Thank you Michi! My trip to Calif was wonderful all my friends and family where amazed at how much I had lost. Yes, I had my gallbladder out yesterday and I'm home resting not in to much pain.
