Weight loss to date?
I am down 130 since surgery June 5th. I am getting a little hungrier throughtout the day so for a snack at work I have one of the peanute butter Kashi bars, they really do the trick for me and my nighttime snack usually is some fruit. I have been doing a martial arts/kickboxing class and my sugar really drops after so the fruit is the perfect snack for me. I was doing really good at only eating 3 meals a day but had to start adding in the afternoon and night snacks or I find that I will graze throughout the day. I have about 20 more pounds I would like to take off before my 1 year mark and each pound is getting harder to lose, I am really working for each ounce now.

Congratulations everyone! Okay, I feel stupid...I had surgery on June 9th and have lost 65 pounds so far. I am still 13 pounds from surgeon's goal for me and 23 pounds from my personal goal. I have been stalled for a month and truly don't know how to break it. Maybe I am not eating enough. I really struggle to eat even twice a day, but I do drink at least one and sometimes 2 protein shakes every day.
Most food makes me nauseated and/or violently ill. I also noticed that my energy level is really low...I am struggling to make it through the work day. Still losing hair as well. If anyone reads this, send me some help.
Bottom line...I am still so much better off than I was 65 pounds ago.
