Popcorn

Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone is eating popcorn. I've heard we're not supposed to. Can do without the butter but would like some at movies . thanks.

I eat it. I started eating it probably way too soon after surgery but seem to be fine with it. We went to the movies Saturday and I had some. The only difference is I don't eat a whole large popcorn by myself anymore. Michelle

Michelle, Thank you so much. I"ve been scared to try it. Something about the kernels getting stuck. good to know you didn't have a problem. How are you doing otherwise? The only thing I had before my 6 months that I wasn't supposed to have was some steak about 2 weeks early. Yum. Thank you so much for your prompt reply. Anna

Anna, Yeah, I've eaten some popcorn also...again, I eat it SLOW and eat only a little bit. It is worth it...The difference is, eating it slowly, eating just a little helping, and being aware of what you are doing! Good luck darling...

Good Lord, yes. It's been my one "I eat it and way too much but I don't care because I do good on everything else so shut up" food. Usually a few times a week. 4-5 cups at a sitting. Whew. Good to get that off my chest.

I love popcorn... I buy the 100 calorie bags which is a perfect size

only in the last few months have i tried it. no problems either, i love to have a little bit at the movies and like jenn. i buy the mini bags, can't eat quite a whole one but definitely half the bag.
