What's on the menu - Tuesday
Come on, let's talk!! I've been doing not to good lately - lots of carbing so I need to start holding myself accountable. I figure if I have to embarass myself and actually write what I ate, maybe I'll stop eating so many carbs.
So, yesterday, I ate
B - protein shake
S - cheese stick
L - ?? don't recall, I had to go home to a sick teenager
S - NV granola bar
S - chips and queso
S - 2 poptarts (what!)
D - chili
S - 2 cookies
Water fairly good
Vits in
No exercise - raining
I feel like I eat the same thing everyday. A variation on a theme. This is yesterday.
B - 3 turkey breakfast sausage, slice of cheese
S - dannon light and fit, apple
S - whey protein drink
L - 1 cup chicken breast
D - 6 oz hamburger, whole wheat bun, pickle
Water, vitamins - all good.
Exercise - 40 minutes weightlifting, 4 miles recumbant eliptical bike.
