What did you eat Thursday?
Well looks like Karen,Michele and Jeanna and I are the only ones checking in DAILY with their menu's yes?no?
I know people have been to the board,new posts and such.......Why is nobody doing this? holidays are over and this is a great way to keep track and also to give others meal idea's as well...I don't mean to ramble but it is very frustrating that nobody seems to care and I am reading about how much the holidays threw so many off with there food choices and need a boost to get back on track.
I dunno maybe it is just because I am doing it and not Ben? I did not hijack this away from him if that is what anyone is thinking,just sitting in until he comes back....
I do understand not everyone can get here everyday but 2 replies a day? am I wasting my time? NO WAY!!! If I have to talk to myself here I will

Here is Thursdays menu:
B: Protein Shake
S: SF Hot cholcolate
L: Protein Shake
S: cherry tomatoes,celery,baby carrots
D: 3 oz. baked chicken ****PT IT DOWN!!WHOOO HOOO!!)- 1/4 C. new potato's with fat free spray butter and parsley-1/4 C zucchini in stewed tomato's.
S: Slim Fast low carb chocolate chip bar YUMMY!
Exercise:1 hour of cardio am gazelle,No weights today back is really bad...urhhhhh.......
Water: Excellent!
Supplements: Excellent!
Alcohol: None!

breakfast- 1 scrabmled egg, 3 slices bacon
snack- pure protein bar
lunch- tuna salad 3 oz
dinner- pinto beans and soup 1 cup
snack about a half cup of cottage cheese, ff cool whip with ff jello.
Water- good
supplements- good
alcohol-none
I didnt have a protein drink yesterday ( just noticed that so this is a good idea)
Nancy- I am sure it has nothing to do with it being you and not Ben. If he is not here to do it I think it is great you took over until he comes back. I have not seen him on the CA board either. Maybe people are not writing because, like me, they are making bad choices and don't want to admit it. I am going to be honest here and have to FACE what I have eaten. Go me!
B: Protein hot chocolate
S: none
L: corn tortilla, 1 string cheese and 1/2 a hot sausage melted together, diced canned peaches, 5 soy pretzels
S: Protein hot chocolate, 4 soy pretzels, 2 mini reeses cups and one single bite snickers.
D: one egg, one silver dollar size breakfast sausage & cheese omelet
S: 2 sf fudgecycles, sunflowers seeds in shell, 3 Worthers hard candies.
Exercise: 20 minutes on treadmill
Water: About 50oz. Not very good.
Supplements: Excellent!
Alcohol: None!

I want to be sure that I answer these from now on because I think it's important to keep track of what I eat but most importantly to make sure I keep focused on using this tool to the fullest extend I can.
Here's Thursday:
B: Jimmy Dean Ham and Cheese Omlete
S: Can of Tomato Juice
L: 2 deli slices of ham and 2 deli slices of cheese, small boil of roasted calliflower
D: Small bowl of Shrimp Scampie (Mushrooms instead of Pasta from the curves cookbook)
S: 3oz of beef Jerky
Exercise: 40 minute walk/jog video
Water: about 60 ozs
Supplements: excellent
Alcohol: 2 glass of white wine. (Not a good choice)
Honey,you know that it isn't you. But, I know how you feel. Roll Call can be slim sometimes and I feel like maybe it is me too, but, you can't get rid of me that fast

Exercise: Killed myself at our group run walk - 1 hour
Water: Excellent
Supplements: oops, forgot those since I didn't eat breakfast, shame on me.
Alcohol: NONE
Let's hope the Candy Cane monster can stay away today.
