Good morning all! B: Breakfast burrito L: Chicken and Potato Burrito S: HC Fudge Bar D: 3 oz chicken; 1 cup rice; 1/2 cup beans; 1/4 cup corn; 1/2 cup salad. S: 1 oz chicken with rice and corn. Exercise: None. Water: Excellent! Supplements: Excellent! Alcohol: None! Have a great day everyone

Hey, Ben! My eating hasn't been great lately! B: 1/2 c Kashi cereal w/ skim milk S: chocolate chip cookie L: 3/4 chicken patty and 1/2 c peas D: chicken and biscuit (about a cup and a half total, I think) S: 1/2 orange Water: terrible! only about 32 oz. supplements: missed one of my calciums exercise: none Oh well
