What did you eat: Monday?
Hey, Ben! My eating hasn't been great lately!
B: 1/2 c Kashi cereal w/ skim milk
S: chocolate chip cookie
L: 3/4 chicken patty and 1/2 c peas
D: chicken and biscuit (about a cup and a half total, I think)
S: 1/2 orange
Water: terrible! only about 32 oz.
supplements: missed one of my calciums
exercise: none
