WooHoo can you believe it 6 months ago today!

I am 6 months post-op today and down 110 lbs... WooHoo... If you had asked me 6 months ago if I thought I would be down 110 lbs this soon I would have laughed at you!!! You know as I sit here writing this I really can't believe that I have come this far! Sometime I think it's all a dream and I'm going to wake-up any minute now.

Congrats on your loss so far! I will be 6 months next week - hard to believe it has been this long. As of this week I am down 57lbs and have 45 more lbs to go to goal. I thought I would have lost a little bit more at this point then I have. My surgeon said to expect 10-15lbs a month and at almost 6 months out am near the 10lbs a month mark... would have been nice to be at 15 but I am definately not complaining! I am hoping by 10-12 months out I will be at my goal!

Great job Aly!!!!! What a difference half a year makes huh? I am down 110lbs too but 30 of that is from my pre-surgery class at Kaiser. You are right. You have come so far and done so well. Keep up the good work. MichiGirl
