What did you eat: Monday?
Good day everyone.
I'm back on the saddle again. Here we go.
B: 1 1/2 cups tuna caserole; 1/2 cup oatmeal; 1 oz chicken breast.
L: 1 cup Mexican style seafood ****tail; 10 corn tortilla chips and salsa (talk about pain. I dumped bad on this one).
S: HC Fudge bar
D: 2 cups beans and rice. 1/2 oz chicken.
S: 1 1/2 cups beans and rice. 1/2 cup egg beater omelete.
Protein was lower than usual today. The worst part was the tortilla chips. The crazy thing is that with each chip I ate, I knew full well how I was going to feel but I did it anyway. Wow.
Exercise: 35 minutes bike riding at the beach.
Supplements: Excellent
Water: Decent. Not great though.
Alchohol: None.

Ben I dumped REAL bad on Tortilla Chips too, OMG I thought I would die! I guess they are a No No!!!
Well I came down with a nasty cold been running a 102 fever and feel like S@#! so I have been on Liquids for the past 2 days.

Welcome back, Ben! Yesterday was bad. I'm really going to have to stop eating these Christmas cookies. Protein intake was bad yesterday.
B - protein shake
S - boiled egg, white only
L - nature valley granola bar, Swiss Miss diet hot cocoa
S - 2 cookies
D - chicken tortilla soup - almost out of tortilla chips so it wasn't very tortilla-y
S - beef jerkey and 2 cookies
Water - 64 oz (low)
Vits - in
Exercise - none
Off day for me too:
B: 4 slices deli turkey, one slice american, one lo carb wrap
L: 3 slices pizza
S: Dannon light and fit, 8 oz whey protein drink
D: Homemade turkey chili, 1/4 cup snap peas
S: 1 ounze cheezit crackers
WAY to many carbs yesterday. Something in the air I guess.
Water: Over 100 oz.
Vits: all in on time
Exercise: 6 miles eliptical.
B- 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies
L- 1 cup chicken fettuccini alfredo from Cheesecake Factory and 3 bites of apple crisp (Christmas luncheon for work)
D- 1/2 cup left over pasta from lunch and 1/2 c orange juice
Protein was bad today. Water was bad today. Supplements bad today. I will do better tomorrow.... promise!!
You guys have me motivated. I like this thread... makes me feel accountable!
