What's on the menu today (Friday)?
I need to keep myself on track for the weekend - the weekend is my worst time b/c I'm not tied to a computer (like at work) so I don't record well and don't make choices well since it's not staring me in the face!
B - protein drink
S - boiled egg
L - terrible heat-up meal. I only ate the crappy chicken and not the rice or veggies.
S - cheese stick (still hungry from crappy lunch)
S - protein bar (ditto)
D - protein drink - and going to a friend's house who is serving hors dourves so I'm sure high fat and low protein. Might take another protein bar with me.
Water - 88 oz already
Vits - in
Exercise - dog walk as soon as I get home
