plateau...HELP !!

Hi Amy! I also stalled during the month of November. I thought that maybe this was it for me also. I have been getting in 80-100 grams of protein a day (mostly in protein drinks since I still do not have much of an appetite). I try to eat at least 600-800 calories a day. And I walk before and after work most days. BUT I have NEVER been able to get in the 64 ounces of water a day that we are supposed to drink. I try so hard every day but it just is so hard to do. I decided to do whatever it took to drink tha****er each day. And after three days, the scales moved 5 pounds down! I still struggle to get in the water each day and some days I am just not able and then I stop losing. But as soon as I up my water agin, the pounds start coming off. So in addition to the other good things that you are doing, be sure and get in at least 64 ounces of water each day. Good luck on breaking that plateau! Cathy P.S.
