What did you eat? Thursday Edition
Thursday:
B: 1 cup ham, 1 oz cheese
S: protein drink
S: Apple
L: Pork/black bean mixture, orange
D: 1 cup chicken thigh, broccoli, 3 baked sweet potato slices, 1 cup ceasar salad
S: 2 cups popcorn
Weighed myself this morning. My BMI is now 49.9. I'm no longer super mega ultra obese, just extremely obese!
B - 1/2 banana
S - cheeze its.. im addicted LOL
L - pasta salad
S -pasta salad again.. i know i know ..i just like the dressing
D - baked chicken, scaloped potato
S - sugar free ice cream9 mules)
Water - grrr! maybe 50 oz
vitimans-- i forced them all down
Exercise - walked
funny i never saw the purpose of this. now i see im not overeating
bmi was 43 now 30.1ish
Boy, Thursday, that was 2 days ago. I can barely remember breakfast today
B: cup Kashi cereal with 1/2 cup Vanilla Soy Milk
L: 1/2 meatball sub, cup broccoli soup, 2 cc cookies (I can't get the sweet monster undercontrol!!!)
D: 1/2 cheeseburger, 2 fries, 2 sesame breadsticks
Water: Execellent
Exercise: None yet
Vitamins: All in, yeah that's 3 days in a row!!!
Alcohol: None
