What did you eat: Wednesday?
Wednesday was relatively better for me.
B: 2 eggs, 1 cup hash browns, 1 sausage link, 1/2 bacon strip, 1/4 toast (no butter)
L: 1 ground beef enchilada. 1/4 chicken burrito. 10 tortilla chips with salsa.
S: 1 cup rice and beans. 1 kiwi fruit.
D: 1 cup italian salad; 10 olives, 1 cup chicken chop suey, 1/2 slice bread. (all leftovers)
S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbls no sugar added jam.
Not great, but not too bad. I succeeded in at least spacing out the meals every 3 hours.
Exercise: 45 minutes swimming.
Water: Excellent
Supplements: Excellent.
Alcohol: None.

Good Morning Fellas!!
Wednesday was not the best for me, the Chocolate Monster invaded my brain twice yesterday, any suggestions?
B: 1 cup Kashi cereal with 1/2 cup Soy Milk
S: crackers and cheese - always seems to be 8 crackers that I have
L: Grilled Ham and Cheese sammi with 1/2 cup tomato soup....that was soooo good.
S: CHOCOLATE!!!!!
D: 2 oz. beef, 1/2 cup sauerkraut, 1/2 med. potato
S: see last snack and you will get the picture.
Exercise: Still just walking the dogs twice
Water: Excellent, pushing the fluids
Supplements: Gottem in
Alcohol: None!!

S = Cup of coffee with sugar free French Vanilla creamer, bite of birthday cake
L = Corn dog (mistake, but I forgot my lunch as this was the school lunch) fruit ****tail
S = small handful of mixed nuts
D = beef enchalada with chili con carne topping...yum
exercise = terrible, cold damp weather is playing havoc with my arthriis. Walking is even an effort.
Water = good
Supplements = good
Alcohol = NONE
