Ok, Thanksgiving is over, no more excuses. B: 2 eggs, 1 sausage link, 1/2 toast L: Leftover turkey, 1/2 cup broccoli and cheese, 1/2 roll S: 1/2 cup chili peanuts D: 3 cups antipasti (italian cold cuts, cheeses, tomato and basil, olives) S: 1 slice small pizza Exercise: 40 minutes swimming Water: Excellent Supplements: Excellent Alcohol: 1 glass red with dinner

S: 1/2 sf jello with sf whip cream 1oz of cheese . D: 3 oz beans 3oz ground ham,1oz of stewed tom. S: handful of almonds. Exercise: lol.. chasing grandbabys . Water: not to good . Back in the swing of things. Monday. B: 1 fried egg, whole grain toast S: Whey protein drink S: Dannon light and fit, apple L: leftover turkey and ham S: Whey protein drink S: Orange D: 2 turkey burgers, 2 slices whole grain bread, 1 oz cheese Exercise: 45 minutes weightlifting AM, 6 miles eliptical PM Water: All good Supplements: All good Alcohol: None. Super tempted over the weekend with family stress, but stayed away.

Hi Ben, B: 1 cup cold cereal and milk L: one chicken enchilada with mole sauce S: small slurpee and two squares of dark chocolate. D: tomato soup and a 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich S: tablespoon of herbed goat cheese and two multigrain crackers. One profect vial. Exercise: Shivering. Karate was cancelled due to bad roads. I still have a hard time putting in unstructured exercise time. Water: poor Supplements: excellent Today was NOT a good day, food and exercise wise. Lori

Eating is weird lately, but here is what I ate: B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese & 1/4 cup cranberry sauce S: 8 club crackers with cheese L: 3oz. tuna salad on crackers and cheese D: 2 oz. ham, 1 sm. potato, onion and 1 egg. Exercise: I did 1 mile on the treadmill before I started getting dizzy and had to go home. Water: Excellent, always is. Supplements: Eventually got them in, but I am sick and so I am trying to beef up on my vitamins to beat this. Alcohol: None Jeanna

I've been sick lately so yesterday all I ate was a couple crackers with peanut butter and then 1/2 cup pinto beans. Even less on Sunday. Good news is I lost 5 pounds! Today is more normal though.

B - AdvantEdge Carb Control Ready-to-Drink, Strawberry Cream S - apple L - small bowl of chicken and dumplings S - D - meat loaf and mashed potatoes water - all supplements - all taken exercise - sweating to the oldies and with all this I gained a pound over night...ughhh

B - Activa yogurt with 1/3 apple sliced in it S - cup of coffee with low fat creamer, splenda L - smoked turkey, string cheese, tangerine, 6 thin pretzels S - handful of nuts, V8 juice D - 3 small meatballs, small amt. of mashed potatoes with creamed beef gravy, tangerine S - a few pretzels Exercise - Chasing kids at school. My arthritis is killing me...the cold, damp weather is hurting me so much. I have arthritis in both knees (need replacing), right hip, hands, and shoulders. Now we suspect the ankles and toes are also affected. YUK Water = OK...not great but good Supplements - good Alcohol = none. havent tried any yet. Somedays I think I'd like to though
