What's on the menu today (Tuesday)
Guess everyone went away for the holidays! I'm still plugging away. I've been doing really good with the protein and although I'm eating around 1000 calories, I'm still slowly moving downwards. Water is up also.
B - protein shake
S - 4 soy chips
L - chinese - chicken & veggies probably
S - ?
D - ?
Vits in, water at 56 oz, exercise in evening.
B - Egg, slice whole grain toast, 2 pieces breakfast turkey sausage
S - 8 oz whey protein
S - Apple
L - 1 cup chicken breast with red kidney beans
S - Dannon light and fit, orange
S - 8 oz whey protein
D - Not sure yet.
Exercise - 5 miles eliptical/treadmill
Water - all good
Supplements all good
My mother-in-law is having surgery on Monday. If everyone could keep her in your thoughts and prayers I'd appreciate it.
