What did you eat: Thursday?
B: 1 small burrito, egg white, hot dog, bacon, beans , rice, salsa
S: light and fit yogurt, 1tbls protien powder, 1tbls flax meal, 1tbs grape nuts
L: 1 chicken burrito with beans, rice and salsa
D: 2 oz fish/scallops, 3 pieces california roll, one shrimp hand roll no rice.
Exercise: None.
Supplements: Excellent
Water: Good (tapered off in the evening)
Alcohol: had sip of my dates pomegranet wine.
Overall good. Overdid it at dinner. The rice really fills me up.

Thursday, I had what seemed like lots of food:
B - protein shake
S - Swiss Miss sugar free hot cocoa
L - part of a chicken quesadilla - just ate the insides, not tortilla and two bites of cherry cobbler
S - protein shake
D - 1/2 cup homemade chili
S - 1/2 cup frosted mini-wheats & milk (needed some fiber but dumped on sugar)
Vits in
Water - over 80 oz
Exercise - 2 laps walking around the pond (45 min)
Hi all. Busy week. Didn't even get a chance to track my eating Wednesday (although I think it was good. It was so long ago.). Anyway, onto Thursday's report.
B - 1 egg, 1 slice multigrain bread (toasted), 1 slice american, 2 breakfast turkey sausage links.
S - Pear, Dannon light and fit.
L - 1/2 cup chicken breast, peppers and onions, 1/4 cup brown rice
D - 1/2 cup ground beef, 1/2 cup ground turkey, 1 oz shredded cheddar, 1 tblspoon light sour cream, salsa
S - 1/2 apple (cleaning up after the two year old again. I'm mental).
Exercise - 40 minutes weightlifting (medium day), one mile eliptical
Water and vitamins - All good
lets see...
B- pro shake and a slice of low fat swiss
S- 1oz low fat cheese stick
L- 3oz of chicken B w/some romaine lett. and I cheated had a cup of Portobello Mush soup.
D- 4oz ceter cut pork chop with some sauted onions
S- SF ice pop - 15cals.
Water- could have been better, to much coffee.
Exercise - none
vitimans - good

B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 peach
L: cup onion soup, 1/2 chicken salad on toasted rye only ate 1/2 of the bread
S: Hershey's kisses....UGH that dumb chocolate is killing me lately
S: 5 cornbread crackers
D: 5 baby carrots, 2 apple slices, ham sandwich on whole wheat
Had a busy night so I ate late, not that good.
Exercise: walked the dog for an hour, tried to run but she didn't cooperate
Supplements and water: all good, all in and 100 oz. water/Crystal Lite

Chris honey, are you eating enough...I'm not trying to be a food cop or anything, just would hate for yu to get yourself into trouble. Your food intake doesn't seem like enough - please be careful. LOL
(This advise from the gal who didn't even post what she ate. I do when I can get to the computer, but usually its so late I've forgotten what I ate that day.)
Thanks for worry about me I appreciate the thought. I do get all my protein in I put a liquid protein in my water so I'm getting all my protein in. As for eating I'm just not hungry I eat dinner with my husband so he won't worry. I feel fine and am losing around 3#'s a week. I'm just not hungry and I don't want to gain anything I lost back
