What did you eat: Wednesday?

B: 1/2 breakfast sandwich L: 2 cups mongolian bbq (meat, veggies, noodles) S: Healthy Choice fudge ice cream bar S: 1/2 cup egg white, bacon, beans D: 2 Cups antipasto and salad S: 1 cup antipasto and salad Ok day. Lunch was hard because I let more than 3 hours pass between meals. When that happens I get super hungry and have difficulty slowing down and limiting myself. Same thing with snack number 2. I could have waited for dinner but let too much time pass. Will work on that today. Exercise: Twice today and exhausted. 45 min lap swimming in A.M., 40 min lap swimming P.M. Supplements: Excellent Water: Excellent Alcohol: Had glass of wine with D. Have a great day everyone!

B - AdvantEdge Carb Control Ready-to-Drink, Strawberry Cream S - Apple with peanut butter L - Grilled Chicken with steamed veggies (weekly work meeting) S - Dannon Yogurt D - I was and have been wanting a cheeseburger soooooo bad....so there is this little joint down from where I live makes homemade ones, so my hubbie went to get us one and I ate maybe 3 bits and 2 fries and i it up so for dinner I had a AdvantEdge Carb Control Ready-to-Drink, Strawberry Cream I really think it was the grease on the french fry, seems I can eat sweets but not greasy foods so much, guess that is good and bad. water - struggled supplements - all taken exercise - 45 minutes walking

Hey, Ben, glad to see you posting B - protein shake S - cheese stick, Dots (my bad) L - yummy grilled chicken breast sandwich, sans bread S - 4 soy crisps D - (volleyball) - weiner from a hot dog (first time, it didn't taste great - too salty) but it was going to be 4 hours before I could get home) S - lit-n-fit yogurt Exercise - not much, ran around the gym for an hour shagging balls for dd Vits - done Water - done alcohol - none

Let's see.. B: Quaker low sugar granola bar Decaf Coffee L: Tortilla chips/salsa, 3 bites of a chicken fajita s: mandrin orange pieces, 3 grape tomatoes D: 1/2 cup french onion soup (Mostly cheese!!), 1/2 small dinner salad w/ranch, diet pepsi s: mandrin orange pieces, 3 grape tomatoes

B:None L:None D: 2 oz chicken breast water with crystal lite and protein 140 oz all day = 60 gr. of protein exercise 1 hr on the recumbant bike in the morning and 1 hr on the gazelle in the afternoon unlimited COFFEE
