B: 1/2 breakfast sandwich
L: 2 cups mongolian bbq (meat, veggies, noodles)

D: 2 Cups antipasto and salad

Ok day. Lunch was hard because I let more than 3 hours pass between meals. When that happens I get super hungry and have difficulty slowing down and limiting myself. Same thing with snack number 2. I could have waited for dinner but let too much time pass. Will work on that today.
Exercise: Twice today and exhausted. 45 min lap swimming in A.M., 40 min lap swimming P.M.
Supplements: Excellent
Water: Excellent
Alcohol: Had glass of wine with D.

D - I was and have been wanting a cheeseburger soooooo bad....so there is this little joint down from where I live makes homemade ones, so my hubbie went to get us one and I ate maybe 3 bits and 2 fries and i it up so for dinner I had a AdvantEdge Carb Control Ready-to-Drink, Strawberry Cream
I really think it was the grease on the french fry, seems I can eat sweets but not greasy foods so much, guess that is good and bad.
