B: 1 small chicken and potato burrito
L: 1/2 cup korean bbq chicken, 1/2 cup white rice, 1 cup salad
S: 1/2 cup korean bbq chicken, 1/2 cup white rice, 1 cup salad
D: 1 cup ground beef with green beans, potato and olives; 1/2 cup beans; 2 tbls salsa
S: 1 healthy choice fudge ice cream bar
S: 1 cup fried banana with 1 tbls sour cream and 1 tbls refried beans (darn salvadoran friend)
Exercise: none (no excuse. got lazy.)
Supplements: excellent
Water: excellent
alcohol: None
Not bad. Could have done without the last snack but visited my salvadoran friend and she begged me to try her food. It was good, very good, but added needless calories to my day.

B - 4 slices deli turkey, multi grain wrap
S - 8 oz. whey protein drink
S - Banana, Dannon light and fit
L - 1/2 cup chicken breast. Peppers and onions.

D - Potluck at the kids school. Ate a few bites of chicken and pasta. Had a slice of cold cheese pizza later after I put the kids to bed. Ah well.
S - Apple
Exercise - Went twice yesterday. Lifted and 3 miles on the stationary bike in the AM before work and then 4 miles on the eliptical at lunch.
Water - Over 100 oz.
Supplements - All taken on time.
Alcohol - None. Going to have to watch this over Thanksgiving. I love my Mother, but she does make me feel like imbibing over the holidays!

L- filet o fish.... no bread
D- 4 oz. pork chop, 3/4 cup peas, 6 shoestring french fries
S- one slice sugar free pumpkin pie (homemade) with sugar free cool whip... got the recipe from susanmariasrecipes.com
Forgot supplements in the morning, so I only got in part of them last night.
Also, still struggling with getting in my water.
