What's on the menu?
Hey, I thought I'd start up the what's on the menu post. I forgot my lunch so have no idea what the deli downstairs holds for me. I thought seeing your wonderful varied healthy posts would keep me on the right track when I go down there.
So, what are you eating today?
So far, I've had:
B - protein drink
S - Swiss Miss diet hot cocoa
I'm on my first bottle of water.
Breakfast:
International Coffee French Vanilla - SF/Caffiene Free
Mandrin orange pieces
Lunch (I'm eating right now)
So far I'm working on a couple meatballs and a little speghetti left over from dinner last night.
Not sure about the rest of the day. I want something sweet today, so I may have a few junior mints or a SF cookie..but am trying to hold off if I can.
Also drinking water and taking my vitamins!
