I think you are doing great Rebecca. I have lost 70lbs since surgery. I read somewhere else on the boards here that you should look at the percentage you have lost in a month. The first month out of surgery you lose a certain amount and that would be a percentage of your total weight. Well the next month since you weigh less you would have to lose less pounds to reach that same percentage. I think Tooter or someone on the main board could explain it better. But the main point is that the less you weigh the less you will lose per month. Keep up the good work. MichiGirl

Only 81 pounds...wow that is fantastic! I have lost just over 90 pounds. (RNY lap on June 8). I had such a long stall, then started eating Activa with fruit every morning. Not sure if its made the difference, but my stall stalled and I've started losing again. Anyway, I think you are doing wonderful. And remember, we are so much further ahead in the game than we've ever been before. This is so wonderful.

Wow, sounds like a lot of us are in the same boat! Slow, slow, slow is the word of the day! LOL! I've lost 100 pounds and feel wonderful! I had lost 26 pounds before surgery and that alone gave me the confidence to know I can do the rest. I had surgery on June 1st, 2006. Praise Jesus It sounds like we are all doing wonderful! When I read others profiles I see the same pattern, so hang in there gang....we're not done yet!!!!

Since my surgery on 06/20 I've lost 78lb (plus 10 before surgery). It's slowed down a bit in the past few weeks, but I've noticed a marked difference in my muscle tone (I have defined biceps!!) and my pants size. Carolyn

I had WLS on June 29th /06 and have lost 89 lbs, I have 15 more to go, I wouldn't mind a stall right now because at 160 I am anemic and still eating like a 4 week post op. Lots of health issues but still would do it again!!!!!!!
