What's on the Menu?
Sorry, Ben - I missed your post and I really need this. So let's here what everyone's eating. Yesterday I was actually reasonably good.
B - protein shake
S - none
L - 3 oz canned chicken with tbsp mayo
S - 2 snackwell cookies (my bad!)
D - half of quesadilla - about 1/4 tortilla, grated cheese and 2-3 oz grilled chicken
S - went to bed early so I was very good about not snacking last night!
On the menu for Tuesday was:
B - 3 slices deli turkey, 1 slice american cheese, multi-grain wrap
S - Low fat yogurt
L - Yummy kielbasa/veggie/pasta sauce mixture
S - Apple
D - quesadilla - multi grain tortilla, cheese and 1 cup ground beef/ground turkey, about 5 triscuit crackers.
S - Apple, banana (my two year old is into taking one bite of fruit and then abandoning it lately. I've gotten into the habit of "cleaning up" after her. I've got to watch that I'm not grazing there.
Exercise - None. Back at it today.
Water and vitamins - Both good.
Okay, Let's not talk about yesterday (yikes) today's a new day, right?
breakfast:
Mandrin orange pieces
3/4 piece whole grain toast with peanut butter
Decaf coffee
Lunch:
Chicken parmesan (1/2 serving)
couple bites of broccoli/carrots
Dinner:
Prtoin shake
Snack:
I don't know yet, something yummy as I know the protien shake won't cut it!
Well I did better yesterday than the day before, probably because I was not working from home. I never plan my menu in advance, I just never know what food is going to make me gaggy until I smell it.
Breakfast - 1 cup of cold cereal and 1% milk.
Snack - Small handful of peanuts, profect
Lunch - 1/4 cup of beans, 2 small ribs.
Snack - diet coke.
Dinner - 1/2 skinless chicken breast with peanut satay sauce, 2 tbsp. of kraft dinner, 1 tbsp of peas.
Snack - 1/2 ginger cookie.
Water - not good
Vitamins - all in
Exercise - cleaned my office, and did some sitting ab exercises, but that's all. Today is my last day at this job

I have to do this even though I know it's so late in the day and you've all done it already. It helps me to think and write down what I've eaten during the day. Today was a bad day for me! So here goes;
B- Protein Drink
S- One half a ham sandwich, couldn't even come close to eating the bread!
L- The other half.
S- A mini-bran muffin! Oh it had to have lots of fat, it tasted sooooo good!
Late Snack- A mini bag on M&M's!!
D- Roast, Zuchinni and Carrots (Left over pot roast) I didn't measure but know I didn't eat too much.
Vit.- Yes
Water- Yes
Exercise-
