YUM!High Protein Easy Dessert Recipe
Hi All!
Here is a very yummy guilt free dessert and high in protein!
mix a 16 oz container of cottage cheese
a box of any flavor sugar free pudding
and a 8 oz container of sugar free cool whip together.
You can use jello too.
Give it a try it's got 13 grams of protein in a cup
If you hate cottage cheese this is for you! you do not taste the cottage cheese just the
pudding flavor and cool whip!
I made it gave my daughter some (HATES cottage cheese!) and she ate it and loved it!!
Just wanted to share,it is a nice twist instead of plain cottage cheese.
