I don't know about you all,but I dread the thought of winter!! here we are November 3 and I can't stand the cold already!!! I am freezing all the time! I slept with 3 heavy comforters on last night Anyone else dealing with this issue? I am thrilled with the weight loss, but man I miss my insulation! Nanc

Nancy, I am TOTALLY with you. I have never been cold. Cant imagine what it will be like when it really gets cold! Thank goodness for tights and socks, and long johns, I wear skirts to work each day, and it is quite an adjustment!! Who would have ever thought, lol. Keep up the good work! teri

Ohhh I so know how u feel - this is the first year in about 10 that I am actually wearing sweaters, sweatshirts and anything fuzzy and warm......and yes it is only Nov. 3rd - My hubby and I usually have a battle to keep heat down - this year we may actually be on same thermostat )) But I'll take the chill over my insulation any day!! Stay Warm - Kathleen

ME TOO!!! I have extra blankets on my side of the bed and I am still freezing. I wear my jacket all day at work too and the kids at school tell me I am crazy. Before I lost 60 lbs I was always hot when everyone else was cold. It is a big change!

Nancy, The joke around school has always been that if you are hot, go into Cyndi's room - she'll find some way to cool it down. Usually, I had the windows open in the dead of winter ****il a child complained) and the fan went all year long. Not this year, I'm already wearing turtlenecks, sweaters, and even got my winter coat out during Recess duty. What am I going to do come the real cold we get in SD. aghhh To echo the others, I'll take the cold over the insulation, but I really am concerned about the winter...maybe I'll have to buy a pair of longjohns and take lots of warm baths.

We must have been having the same thoughts today. I went to Costco and picked up flannel sheets. I've never really liked flannel, but hey desperate times call for desperate measures. This was after I picked up a down comforter last week, and have been prowling for long sleeved shirts. I also bought a super soft bathrobe, because my flannel granny p.j.s just aren't warm enough. I've been burning the wood stove constantly. Last year I told everyone to put on a sweater and suck it up. So much for being self-righteous. I guess this is my payback. What I am saving on food I am spending on heating costs Lori

Hi Nancy, I walk around the house with a blanket throw wrapped around me. I have a thick robe already. I really dont know if I can take it when the real cold sets in. Hugs Amy

Count me in too!! I used to wear short sleeves all winter (in New England!) and never feel the cold, but I've been wearing long johns, fleece socks and gloves for a month already! My husband thinks it's hysterical. He used to sleep with extra blankets because I'd turn off the heat and open the window in the middle of the winter and now I'm turning the heat up, stealing the blankets and wearing my long johns under my flannel pjs! I don't know what I'm going to do in January and February when it REALLY gets cold! Of course we'll be much happier next summer when we're not sweating to death! Carolyn
