Hi everyone! I wanted to share this with you all that are having serious issues with hair loss! I ran into a friend today and she had Gastric Done in Feb.She just like the rest of us suffered really bad with the hair issues. She told me of some products that she bought and said they are like mothers milk! she said her hair started growing back after 5 weeks of treatment,(sales lady said it does take a full month for the products to start working) and if you would see the head of hair she has (and her hair is short too) you would never think she had a problem! she showed mw some photo's of her journey and her hair was like almost gone!!! so these products do work! As far as I know you can purchase them at Sally Beauty Supply they are similar to Nioxin but the cost is much much cheaper! The sales lady said it is better and everyone that uses it said they are having great results! It is called NUTRI-OX SYSTEM Shampoo 12 oz. bottle $6.49 Conditioner 12 oz.bottle $6.99 Treatment 6oz. bottle $7.99 there is a serum to,but the sales lady said that I didn't need it that the treatment was enough and I don't remember what the size and cost was but around what the others are. They have a coupon now for $2.00 of the shampoo and conditioner bought together. If you have a Sally's card you still can get your discount too!! If you want to try the products and can't find them in your area I will be more than happy to pick them up and ship them to you,if you are willing to pay for the shipping costs,I will send them the cheapest way I can. It cost me total for all 3 products including tax and discounts w/coupon $19.00 Just email me if interested! ((hugs)) Nanc

OMG, those are WAY cheaper than Nioxin. I just bought the treatment bottle from Nioxin, which cost me my right arm and I hate the stuff. It sits like glue in my hair and I can't style it. I now have to put it in my dry hair before bed so that I can wa**** out in the morning. If I can't find them here, I would love to take you up on your offer. Would you be able to send them to Canada? Glad you posted, I was just about to donate my other arm and a leg because my shampoo and conditioner are getting low. Lori

I am going to use it tonight for the first time and will leave you a message in this post how it is and my 2 cents on the process!LOL... BTW.....I will be MORE than happy to ship it to you!! Lori and Romey, I tried the products tonight! the shampoo is great, smells like peppermint, the conditioner it going to take a little time to get used to,it says to leave it on for 1 to 3 minutes,I let it on for 3,most likely more than that I didn't time it,it makes your head feel very cold but leaves your hair great very clean feeling! The treatment works nicely,it does tingle a bit and your head gets red for awhile about a 1/2 hour (it does say it waill happen on the bottle so it is nothing to worry about,it goes away,it does not hurt just a weird feeling.I let my hair air dry and when it was completely dry and when I brushed it out, it was VERY full looking and not bogged down and sticky. so I give the products 10*'s! just wanted to let you know how it was! Hi Nancy, I'm just now starting with the hair issues. But just wondering, this isn't the stuff that once you start using it ......you have to continue to use it from now on????? It's not like the Rogain stuff is it???? Hugs, Sherry

Hi Sherry! The hair loss that we are experiencing is only a temporary thing (thank gawd)!! the use of products like this and Nioxin will work like a booster to help the hair begin to grow faster. The shampoo cleans deep The conditioner opens the cuticle and I believe the follicles The treatment and serum absorb into the cuticle filling it with nutrients that promote the hair to grow where it has fallen out once the hair is growing in well, you can determine when you want to quit using them. Rogain is for people who are losing hair due to alopecia, hereditary (sp)..etc... The hair loss will continue,(my nut said it usually stops at about 6 to 7 months)but by using the products you are working at helping the hair that has fallen out to regrow quicker. Hope that helps! Nancy, Thanks for the info. My next stop will be a Sally's to pick up some of this shampoo and conditioner. I've never had a really what you'd call "good" head of hair to start with......but......getting bald isn't any fun at all. I was about ready to try that "comb-over" technique that some of the old guys use.....lol. Have a great day, Hugs, Sherry

Sherry this is the pits!! I mean I am dealing with it as we all are,but we are WOMEN!! leave our hair alone! damn would be nice if the hair on our legs fell out huh? no problem there, still have to shave my legs every day! urhhhhhh... rofl at the comb over,I had an uncle that did that and it drove us NUTS!! BTW....Sherry if you are going to try it,be sure to use either the treatment or the serum after the shampoo and conditioner, that it the product that seals the deal! let me know how you make out with it!! ((hugs)) Nancy
