The mirror scared me!
So, I woke up this morning for my early morning bathroom visit. I passed the full length mirror, as I usually do, and as I glanced over I had to stop because the dark reflection coming off the mirror was that of a much smaller man. Usually, It takes a second or two for my reflection to pass. This time, I passed in a flash.
I stopped and turned on the light. I was amazed at what I saw. I havene't really stopped to look at myself, I've refrained from looking in the mirror for years now, but what I saw made me take a deep breath and sent goose bumps down my arms.
We are only four months out, but the changes are already astounding.

Great Wow moment Ben. I wrote earlier about my new, smaller jacket hanging outside my cubicle. Everytime I walk by it I can't get over how small it looks. Pants that fit last week don't fit this week. I went to a concert at the Greek Theatre and fit in the seat really easy. I had been to one there a couple years ago and was miserable the seat was so tight. I can cross my legs and they stay there. So many changes in such a short time.

food for thought..... can you imagine what it will be like in a year from now? we will all be strangers to ourselves!LOL!!!.......hummmm...we already are!!!!

I know of someone who was so scared by their reflection (up in the middle of the night for a bathroom visit and half asleep) that she actually thought there was an intruder in the house and screamed!
