Okay, I finally have a really good one - so I want to hear everyones (so I won't seem like I'm boasting too much). I was getting really tired of my too big clothes. I was still pinning up my size 22 pants and it was getting ridiculous that I had two large pins in the sides and thinking about another one. So I went to Kohl last night - I am now officially in a size 16 - Misses department!! Wahoo! I actually could squeeze into a size 14, but it was tight and since I needed pants to wear today, I went with the 16. They have a great sale (as usual) on slacks if you need some. I'm wearing them today. They actually look so good, I grabbed my dd's furry vest (which is too small/doesn't zip) but looks cute with these little pants.

I have had many wow moments. My latest was yesterday when I noticed my shoe was untied. I bent down, while standing straight up and tied it. When I stood I realized what I did. There is no way I would have ever been able to do that before. I had a smile from ear to ear the rest of the day. Ben

Love those Wow moments! I had a good one yesterday. My son asked me if I could do a cartwheel. Now I did gymnastics from the ades of 3 to 17 so technically I know HOW to do it and a lot more, but it's been LOTS of years (and pounds) since I've actually done one. I was feeling brave and pretty good about myself so I tried and I did 5 of them!! My twins were very impressed and so was I!! I was a little dizzy and sore (I don't remember that move ever stretching muscles before!) but I DID IT!! Carolyn

Love the wow moments. I am now fitting a 16W. I couldn't believe it. My sister bought me a couple pairs of pants and she bought a 16W for me to wear in a month or 2 when I got down to that size. Well they already fit. I had to take back the 18W/20W pair she bought me because while they did look okay why not buy the smaller size huh? I had my first shocking moment last weekend. I was looking for something to put on to wear around the house. I found a top I used to exercise in. I used to have to stretch it to get it to look OK around the tummy area. I put it on and it was like a TENT. I was so shocked. I saved that top instead of giving it away as my "before" piece. It is a cute t-shirt with embroidered flowers. Here is another one. I was able to buy a piece of clothing at Costco for the first time since they do not carry plus sizes. I got a really cute, powder blue, fleece jacket in size XL. It was only $17 too. I was so happy. At work I hang my jacket on a hook outside my cubicle. I kept walking by it and thinking it looked weird. I finally figured it out that it looked small. Usually my jackets look so huge hanging there. They hang almost to the floor and take up so much space. Now it looks small. I have to admire it every time I walk by. Michelle in SoCal

Hi all.... I wrapped a regular sized bath towel around me after I got out of the bath this morning, and it actually went all the way around my body and closed!! Tremendous wow moment for me....

I went to Big SouthFork Railroad with my dd and gd wednesday and was able to walk all the way up the mountain to the coal thingy that was across from one side of the mountain to the other. When you get there you can look down where you came from, I stood there and felt like crying, I could not have done that before. My Daughter Kitrina said mom you made it , you couldnt have did this before at all. Granted I had to sit down for about 15 minutes before I walked back down but I made it up there.
