Way to go! If you are this close to your goal at 4 mos. post op. I can't imagine where you will be in a year from now
. I am down 80 lbs from 330 and it feels great. I am now wearing some 18/20's from 26/28's so I will take it as it comes. Don't rush on the ice cream and cake. We have such a wonderful tool this aversion to getting sick or being in pain that we should milk it for all its worth
No pun intended. Keep up the good work.

Kim, We are twins! I started on June 23rd at 225 and now weight 169. I just got in my first pair of 10's too! I know your joy!!!! Its the first time in my adult life I wore a 10! I bought another pair at wally world and they are tight, but my Banana Republic pants fit great. Don't ya love vanity sizing
My weight loss has really slowed down. I am trying not to complain about the slowness - especially since no one wants to hear it.
