How Many LBS Have You Lost **progress report**
Oh my!
I thought I was doing great...
I have lost the least - I know it's not a competition, but still...
1. Surgery date: June 9, 2006
2. Lost 46.5 LBS (from 246.5)
3. Main source of protein - cheese, eggs and meat.
4. Water - some days really good (64oz) and then others only 16oz - 24oz.
5. + 6. Vitamins - I forget. Hardly take them. I tried putting the Flintstones in my pill box with my other daily pills but they absorb moisture and become moist.
Definitely I need to improve.

Surgery date: June 8, 2006
308 (first appt.)...303 (surgery)...229 (just weighed)
Protein from cheese, whey protein powder from Walmart in yogurt, meats, jerky
Water- terrible, cannot do it while teaching 1st graders...cannot do the bathroom detail.
Vitamins: Centrum multi-vitamin chewables daily , Caltrate chewables 2x/day, B-12 daily, Usually do pretty good - don't always get the last calcium in.
Hair is falling out and I didn't have much to begin with...aaaaackkkkkkk. This is the part I hate worse than anything. I've even had people ask if I have cancer and am doing chemo. It is that bad.
