2 pre-natal, 2 calcium citrate, 2 potassium (RX), B12, Biotin, 2 iron, zinc, E, C, 3 Glusimate (sp?)
7. Have you had any hair loss?
Not really. Not yet anyway!

Not Really, the other day i thought i had a bald spot and it freaked me out but my hair was parted really weird.

5) Vitamins i do well in the morning but not in the afternoon

4. Water source - Various Crystal Lites are my savior, helps me get it in without the blahs setting in!
5. Getting vitamins in, but sometimes forget my calcium at night.
6. Centrum and Iron in the morning, Calcium at night, B12 on Saturdays.
7. Not had any sugnigicant hair loss (cross my fingers) hope it stays that way.

yes, thank goodness I had a full thick head of hair... because it just looks like I have had it thinned out in a hair cut... hahaha

Slim fast low carb,pure protien bars,zone protein bars,zone frozen dinners, seafood,cheese,some chicken and beef when my pouch behaves..lol..
4. How much water are you getting in?
74 to 80 oz. thank goodness this is one thing I never had a problem with!

no problem with the vitamins at all

2 Flintstone chewables, 2 calcium supplement,2 1,500 mcg biotin,B-12 shots
7. Have you had any hair loss?
YES! not noticable to look at,but a TON of hair in the drain after every shower, I can't wait for this to pass!
