This isn't meant to be competetive at all... I just wanted to see if I'm doing okay. I feel like I'm losing slow.

3. Main Source of Protein?
Mine is from ZONE protein bars (strawberry Yogurt flavor).. love them!! 15g per bar
4. How much water are you getting in?
Not enough... need much improvement
5. Are you getting your vitamins in or do you need to improve?
Need to improve!
6. What vitamins do you take?
1-2 Flintstone chewables, 1 calcium supplement, 1 b12 sublingual
7. Have you had any hair loss?
Not really. Not yet anyway!

2. My weight loss has been strong, but I was also a heavy weight. I have lost 98 lbs, going from 291 to 193.
3. Main source of protein: peanuts and beef jerky.
4. I am not getting near enough water in.
5. I get my vitamins most days.
6. 2 Flintstone chewables, 1 B12, Biotin
7. Lots of hair loss.

1. Surgery date: June 1, 2006
2. Weight Loss: 83 pounds (from 282 to 199)
3. Main source of protein: Protein powder from Cost-Co.
4. Water: Yes, good every day!
5. Vitamins: 2 complete chewables, 1 B12, 2 Calcium, every day!
6. Hair loss: pretty awful, has just begun to slow down.
I think you needn't worry, it sounds like your doing real good! Hope this helps.

4. How much water? Not enough... I dont seem to be prone to dehydration which is good, but I'm trying to getting it up there.
5.& 6. Vitamins? I get them in most of the time now:
1 Multivitamin,
3 Viactiv Chews,
1 Allithiamine (B1 or Thiamine),
1 B12,
1 Vitron-C (Iron)
7. Hair loss? Oh yes....

Holly, you have to remember that everyone is different, we all lose at different paces.

3.champion and matrix chocolate protein as well as nectar carribean cooler
4. plenty of water-lots of generic crystal light
5. good on vitamins
6. 2 centrum complete chewables and 4 calcium chews daily
7. having lots of hairloss right now.

Most days I'm good and the labs were perfect.

Some, but my hair is really thick so it's not too noticable.

The packs have 4 vit, one pack in the am one in the pm Iron in at lunch time Plus a Vit B12 inj once a month
7. Any hair loss? yes, not real bad but I dont have thick hair to begin with.

Hi! I think I'm doing okay, here are my stats
1. Surgery date: June 20, 2006
2. Weight Loss: 66 pounds post surgery, 75 since 6/1/06
3. Main source of protein: Nectar Roadside lemonade protein shake, meats, cheese
4. Water: Usually get around 60-64 oz daily, trying to increase
5. Vitamins: 2 flintstone complete chewables, 1 B12 500 mg subliqual, 1500 mg Calcium, nearly every day!
6. Hair loss: Haven't noticed any yet.

2. Lbs Lost: 60 since surgery, 90 total.
3. Main Source of Protein? Unjury, nuts, cheese
4. How much water are you getting in? Around 60oz a day
5. Are you getting your vitamins in or do you need to improve? yes
6. What vitamins do you take? Centrum 1 a day, potassium 2 a day, sublingual b12 3 a week, calcium 2/day, I just started taking B1 and Beta Carotene but not sure how much to take yet. (The paper is at home)
7. Have you had any hair loss? Yes. My poor thin hair is looking really bad. You can see my scalp in front. But there is lots of new little hairs coming in. I have noticed yeterday and today that there hasn't been as much hair in the shower drain so maybe it is slowing down now.
