Well its been 3 mont...
Congrats on the weight loss, Kim. I'm with you, I can eat most things at least sometimes, but sometimes I just want to sit down and EAT. It doesn't work though and that's the blessing of this surgery! I've got my 3 month appt with my surgeon coming up this week. I can't wait to see what he says!

Way to go, Kim. I just read your profile and see that our stats are similar. I was 223 a week before surgery when I started my liquid diet. I'm not 175. So we're pretty close.
I see on your profile that you also had a transfusion following surgery. I did, too. Did you lose the blood during the surgery or after? I was bleeding after and they couldn't find out where from. I ended up getting two pints of blood 2 days after surgery.
It sure feels a lot different 3 months out than it did three weeks out, doesn't it.
I hope you meet your goal of 155 by Christmas. That's my goal for that time also. We can do this.

Three months plus for me and I am at a stall. Down from 318 (highest)/303 (surgery) to 135ish now. I miss diet coke...or carbonated beverages. I refuse to even try them as they are just bad news...but boy do I miss it sometimes. Also, I understand with the "big" food. Keep at it...Congrats on the weight loss.
