Good Morning Wishing you a great week also. 1. Getting all of my water in for the day and keeping up with sizes changing. 2. I had atkins protien bar 3. I have 50 more pounds to go. Not sure what the surgeons goal is I see him on the 6th of Oct and will ask. I have lost 76 pounds so far. 4. Purple is my favorite color. Thanks for posting questions. Hugs Debbie M

Wow this came around quick. Seems like I just answered it. 1) What has been your biggest challenge so far? I had a one month stall that was very wearing on me. Glad it is over and am not looking forward to another one. 2) What did you have for breakfast today? Unjury chocolate mixed w/ milk and decaf coffee crystals. Yum! 3) How close are you to your goal weight? I have about 70lbs more to go. I have lost 85 already. 4) What is your favorite color? Green. Today I am wearing a green shirt and green shoes. Hi everyone, I made it on time this week! 1. My biggest challenge has been dealing with the irritability, which I hear is about dumping of estrogen from fat cells into my system. Yeehaw 2. I missed breakfast to get fasting bloodwork done, I haven't eaten yet. 3. I am 59 pounds away from my goal weight (down 92 lbs). Yeehaw 4. Green is my favorite color most days. Lori

1) What has been your biggest challenge so far? Getting all the water and protein in and making time in my schedule for exercise. Actually, I've made the time so adjusting to having no free time has been a challenge for me. I want to scrapbook! 2) What did you have for breakfast today? Nectar Roadside Lemonade 3) How close are you to your goal weight? To my goal weight 70 pounds. I feel like the slow poke today - only 63 pounds lost according to dr (today) 4) What is your favorite color? Olive green

Good Afternoon! 1. Biggest Challenge: I may have broken my foot this past weekend and it's so swollen I can't even get it into my husband's sandles! I'm waiting for the results of the X-rays. 2. Breakfast: Leftover meatball from my dh's dinner last night and an Isopure RTD 3. How close to goal weight: 27lbs to original goal weight but I've lowered my goal weight by 5 lbs so 32lbs. 4. Favorite Color: Red

biggest challenge: After going back to work (teaching first grade) I have been having a heck of a time getting water, protein, and exercise in like I should. breakfast today: lowfat yogurt with whey protein added, tomato, and a wheat thin. goal weight: started at 308, at 235ish, want to be at 165ish...so 70 pounds to goal. favorite color: purple most days... but I just love color! Give me the rainbow.

good morning 1- biggest challenge is wanting to eat to fast and getting it stuck and also losing my hair 2-chicken breast for breakfast and a diet green tea 3- i started at 285 as of today im 215 goal weight 145 ( per doctor)69 pounds to go 4- blue is my favorite color because i have all boys have a great day veronica

Hi Jeanna!! Well I would have to say it has been the long stall I went though 4 weeks! and starting to loose some hair! I had my usual carb control slim fast shake for breakfast I am 42 pounds from the doctors goal weight and 52 pounds from my personal goal (I use my goalweight at my tartget) favorite color? gosh I am all about color! LOVE colors! but I guess if I had to pick one it would be PINK! ((luv to you all~ right back atcha Jeanna!)) Nanc
