What's on the menu today.
I just got back from a weekend retreat with lots of eating out. I was able to eat normally at the restaurants (yippee). I ate things like eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch and fahita tacos for dinner. I actually ate the flour tortilla instead of taking the meat out, which meant I only ate half of one. PLus I was bad and ate some tortilla chips -- which contributed to only being able 1/2 the fahita taco. But I felt good that I made some good choices and got through the weekend and didn't have to get sick.
So, today I'm back on track and this is what I'm eating.
B - protein shake
S - probably nothing
L - 2 oz chicken and some green beans
S - ?
D - havent' thought this far yet.
What's on your menu?
I'm still catching up on sleep in the mornings so I've been running a tad late. This day is shaping up thusly:
B - Whey protein powder drink
S - Yogurt
L - 1 cup pork tenderloin (leftover from a yummy dinner last night)
S - SF pudding
D - Turkey sausage, broccoli, salad
