Vitamins & Suppliments What are you taking?
Hello
I take Bariatric Advantage 2 multis
1 Iron
1 sublingual B-12 ( 1,000 mg)
3 tbsns calcium with magnesium liquid
B-1 300 mgs ( thiamine)
B complex- one dropper
Folic acid 400 mg
Vitamin D 400 mg
Biotin ( which comes in MCGS 10,000 or 10 mg)
Zinc 50 mgs
extra dropper of B-1 liquid thiamine in case of malabsorption
Hmmm I think that is it. I added a lot by myself. Not sure why is it drs recommend Flintstones chewables if they can recommend some of these special vitamins for WLS patients which are chewable as well??
I don't eat very well- so I do shakes and make sure I am really on top of vitamins

I gt Bariatric Advantage vitamins at my surgeons office..but I am sure if you look up that vitamin name on compuetr you will gt a few sites where to buy it. The grape iron is very good.and tropical fruit multis, raspberry sub lingual B-12- I hate all the calcium and so do a liquid. They have B-1 and others too- but I just got my own
