Vitamins & Suppliments What are you taking?

1 - Centrum complete chewable (noon) 2-Chewable Calcium tablet (noon and supper) 1-B12 under the tongue (noon) And I take a pill for my thyroid problem every morning...I cannot take vitamins 2 hours prior or after.

Hello I take Bariatric Advantage 2 multis 1 Iron 1 sublingual B-12 ( 1,000 mg) 3 tbsns calcium with magnesium liquid B-1 300 mgs ( thiamine) B complex- one dropper Folic acid 400 mg Vitamin D 400 mg Biotin ( which comes in MCGS 10,000 or 10 mg) Zinc 50 mgs extra dropper of B-1 liquid thiamine in case of malabsorption Hmmm I think that is it. I added a lot by myself. Not sure why is it drs recommend Flintstones chewables if they can recommend some of these special vitamins for WLS patients which are chewable as well?? I don't eat very well- so I do shakes and make sure I am really on top of vitamins Edyth

I take 2 chocolate viactiv's per day=> one in the am, and one in the pm 2 citracal petites=> one in the am and one in the pm 1 biotin 1 b-12 3 devrom's during my meals

Olga... I gt Bariatric Advantage vitamins at my surgeons office..but I am sure if you look up that vitamin name on compuetr you will gt a few sites where to buy it. The grape iron is very good.and tropical fruit multis, raspberry sub lingual B-12- I hate all the calcium and so do a liquid. They have B-1 and others too- but I just got my own Edyth
